How Does Our Return Policy Work?

Our refund policy lasts 15 days from the date of your order being placed. If you are yet to receive your order and wish to cancel within our 48 hour cancelation period, then please Contact Us and we will see what we can do to help you.

If you have received your order and it is damaged in any way, then please Contact Us.

If you reach us within 30 days of your order we will send you a replacement free of charge, but if it is beyond 30 days the product is no longer covered by our courtesy grace period.
