Your halo won't fall off when worn properly.

Due to the angle it sits on your head, our halo fits securely and won't fall down. It may feel slightly odd wearing it at first but you'll start to feel more comfortable the more you wear it!

These extensions are made from 100% heat-friendly synthetic hair; meaning they can be styled with heat.

However, just like your natural hair, a low heat setting and heat protection spray is advised to avoid any risk of damage.

Our products are delivered ready-to-wear and don't require any adjustments.

If you wish to make your halo extensions darker, we recommend that you only make them 2 shades darker at most. Don't bleach your halo extensions to brighten them.

We know that matching your hair color can be challenging, so we've made our exchange process as simple as possible.

Shipping times vary between 7-12 days once sent out.

Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of your order being placed. If you are yet to receive your order and wish to cancel within our 48 hour cancelation period, then please Contact Us and we will see what we can do to help you.

If you have received your order and it is damaged in any way, then please Contact Us.

If you reach us within 30 days of your order we will send you a replacement free of charge, but if it is beyond 30 days the product is no longer covered by our courtesy grace period.
