For Metal Color, you have the option to choose between Gold and Silver.

For the Style, you can choose between the 7 available Styles.

Now for the "Enter Name" part - If you are only ordering one, then fill in the box with the name you want on your necklace. If you are ordering a style that requires 2 names, then simply enter both names in the box (Example - Peter and Suzanne).

If you want to order multiple necklaces, you can also enter them in the box. Example: (Style AMOR - Vanessa. Style INFINITY - Ryan and Marissa). This is to make sure our team knows exactly which name to put for each necklace/style.

The length of our necklace is 40cm.

Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified by email with your tracking information. Use that number and track your order here.

Production time: 3-6 days

Shipping times vary between 7-12 days once sent out.

Please note that this is a custom made product, so production time is longer than usual.

Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of your order being placed. If you are yet to receive your order and wish to cancel within our 48 hour cancelation period, then please Contact Us and we will see what we can do to help you.

If you have received your order and it is damaged in any way, then please Contact Us.

If you reach us within 30 days of your order we will send you a replacement free of charge, but if it is beyond 30 days the product is no longer covered by our courtesy grace period.
